Terms and Conditions

• Please note that short breaks are only available between January-April and October-December.

• All bookings must be accompanied by a 20% deposit.

• The balance to be paid in full by one full week prior to the reservation.

• Well-behaved pets by arrangement in winter only  (£15 supplement)

• Our properties are ready for occupation from 3pm  and we request vacation at 10.30am on the Saturday of departure.

• In the interests of the health and comfort of all, guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the cottages.

• A washing service is available mid-week by arrangement.

• Bed linen is provided, but not towels

Bookings should be made in writing to Angela Cook.    If you wish, you can print our  booking form, filling in your details.

While we try to update available dates as regularly as possible, it is best to confirm that dates are available by telephone or e-mail first.
